OUR STORY
ONI Customs was born from a simple frustration: too many car owners get ripped off because they don't have access to professional-grade diagnostic information. They spend $150 on a dealer visit just to find out what's wrong, or waste hours on forums searching for answers that may or may not apply to their car.
We founded ONI Customs in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas with a mission to change that. By combining our expertise in performance tuning with artificial intelligence, we created a suite of tools that give everyday car owners the same diagnostic power that professional shops have—right from their smartphone.
Our shop features an in-house Dynojet dynamometer where we verify every tune with certified results. But we're more than a local shop—our AI-powered ONI Suite tools (Ear, Eyes, Pulse, Mind, and Voice) serve car enthusiasts across the country, helping them diagnose problems, plan modifications, and make smarter decisions about their vehicles.

WHY I BUILT ONI SUITE
After nearly three decades building enterprise technology systems for some of the world's largest companies, I came back to my first love: cars. I saw an industry where car owners were either paying hundreds for basic diagnostics or trusting random forum advice from strangers.
I knew AI could change that—but not generic AI like ChatGPT. I needed purpose-built tools that understand automotive systems, respect the nuances of different platforms, and provide actionable insights.
