• ONI Ear: Audio-based diagnostic analysis
• ONI Eyes: Visual component analysis
• ONI Pulse: Real-time OBD2 vehicle monitoring
• ONI Mind: AI build planning and modification advisor
• ONI Voice: Conversational AI automotive assistant

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Subscription Terms

ONI Suite products are available through monthly subscriptions:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

3.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted to legal@onicustoms.com within 7 days of initial subscription. Refunds are not available for renewal periods or after the 7-day window.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software
• Share your account credentials with others

5.1 Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, our AI diagnostic tools:

• Provide confidence levels with diagnoses—not certainties
• May not detect all issues or conditions
• Should be verified by a professional for safety-critical matters
• Are based on pattern matching and may not account for all variables

5.2 User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use AI diagnostic results at your own risk
• You will seek professional verification for any safety-related issues
• ONI Customs is not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations
• AI tools supplement—not replace—professional automotive expertise

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and materials on onicustoms.com are owned by ONI Customs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission.

7. User Content

When you upload audio recordings, images, or other content to our services:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant ONI Customs a license to process and analyze the content for service delivery
• You warrant that you have the right to share such content
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ONI Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for damages arising from vehicle repairs, modifications, or decisions made based on our AI tools

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONI Customs, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any vehicle modifications or repairs you perform based on our services

10. Shop Service Terms

10.1 Estimates and Pricing

All estimates for physical shop services are subject to change upon inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Additional issues discovered during service will be communicated before proceeding.

10.2 Vehicle Modifications

Performance modifications may:

• Void manufacturer warranties
• Affect vehicle emissions compliance
• Impact vehicle insurance coverage
• Require disclosure upon vehicle sale

It is your responsibility to understand these implications before authorizing modifications.

11. Termination
